Location: Hybrid, Greeley (4 days per week onsite)

Pay: $85,000-$96,000+ annually, based on experience, plus bonus potential, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits package

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of internal business applications that support critical organizational functions. This role will partner closely with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to define product strategy, prioritize enhancements, manage roadmaps, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience within a large-scale organization and has a track record of creating structure, improving processes, and driving successful product outcomes. This is an opportunity to help elevate a growing Product Management function by introducing best practices, governance, and scalable methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple internal software products from planning through ongoing enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication between business leaders, end users, vendors, and development teams.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on operational impact, user needs, effort, and business value.
  • Maintain and refine product backlogs to ensure development teams are focused on the highest-value work.
  • Drive adoption of product management standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Leverage user feedback and performance metrics to inform product decisions and future enhancements.
  • Support Agile delivery practices and collaborate with technical teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes through technology solutions.
  • Partner with external vendors when applicable to support product initiatives and enhancements.
  • Contribute to AI-focused initiatives and identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies into business processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience serving as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role.
  • Proven success managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization activities.
  • Strong experience translating business objectives into detailed product requirements.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience supporting products within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience establishing or improving product management processes, templates, or governance structures.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate business value, risks, and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple products or a broader product portfolio.
  • Background supporting internally developed enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business units and executive stakeholders.
  • Exposure to vendor management and third-party technology partners.
  • Demonstrated involvement with AI-enabled tools, products, or process improvements.
